What we serve

Freshly prepared seafood, creative mezze with a twist, and classic Lebanese comfort dishes. Cold mezze and hot mezze for the middle of the table, grilled fish and grilled meats — a light lunch by the pool or a sunset dinner with friends.

The setting

The room

An open terrace on the Sporting deck — wood, shade, sea breeze, the sound of children in the pool. It’s the busiest place on the property for a reason: it’s the easiest place to spend the day.

What guests say

Just missed the sunset but it was still a delightful experience. The Battata Kousbarah was excellent and garlicky as usual and the Sultan Ibrahim (red mullet) were fresh and tasty as always. Lovely sea breeze kept us well ventilated.
